Use of images agreement

Note: these terms are going to change, as I've changed sites. (It should be simpler).

All of the images on my sites were caputred by myself and in total represent hours of work. However, I don't mind people using these images or animated pictures on their fan sites. Although all I really require from other websites using these images is an e-mail asking permission, please do the following:

E-mail me a list of the images you wish to use and the URL to your site and your e-mail address. The list just has to say what episode and type of images you'll be using.
Upload the images you are using onto your site's page. This is especially improtant with any of my images on 50megs.com, as this Public Server doesn't allow for anyone (including myself) to link image files from pages outside of domain. You'll probably have to rename the images or put the images in different folders on your site. This is especailly true with the Yume.jpg images as I know off the the top of my head that I have at least 2 different images with this title.
On any page you use one of my captured images, please include a link to my site at the bottom of the page, saying that you got some of the images on my site OR under a credits page, list me and link to my site there. (This is just a request)
Expect an e-mail back from me, tell you what I think of your site. This will include things I like, and suggestions on what you could do to improve your site.
Your site MUST NOT sell these images in any way or form. After all, they are freely availible on my site!
Remember that we all are really borrowing this from CLAMP, KODANSHA, NHK, and NEP21. If they should ask me to take this material down, I will have to send you an e-mail asking you to do the same.
